Iteration 11
The goal of this iteration is to complete the conversion of the extensions over to the version 6.0 core, and to get the GDAL proof-of-concept for the LSML working on Windows.

- Extensions
- Sri will incorporate LSML into the Core and two extensions: age-only succession and base fire. He will run system tests to ensure that age-only + base fire works.
- Rob and Sri will update all other extensions to work with LSML.
