Leaf Biomass Reclassification

Note: With the release of NECN Succession, the Biomass extensions are now compatible and the 'Leaf Biomass' extensions are no longer necessary.  User Guides are provided below only for archival purposes.

The Leaf Biomass Reclassification extension reclassifies each cell into a forest type from biomass data generated via the Century succession extension.

Brief Description: This extension reclassifies each cell into a forest type based on data from the Century Succession extension. Century succession simulates changes in the leaf and wood biomass of each cohort dependent upon age, competition, and disturbance.

Lineage: First official release in LANDIS-II.
