Step 2. Add ParametersParser and Parameters classes to project
Download ParametersParser.cs and Parameters.cs files from http://landis.forest.wisc.edu into folder
"My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Projects\Hello World Extension\Hello World Extension"
In main menu, select Project > Add Existing Item...
In Add Existing Item dialog box, select two source files (ParametersParser.cs and Parameters.cs) and click Add button
