Step 9. Add PlugInMain class to project
In Solution Explorer, rigth-click on "LANDIS-II Project Template" item and select Add > New item... in pop-up menu
In Add New Item dialog box:
Seletct "Empty Class" template
In Name field, enter "PlugInMain.cs"
Click Add button
